What types of photography and videography services do you offer?

Marshall Media specializes in fitness content, food content, weddings, headshots, commercial projects and more. We also create high-quality video content for businesses, social media, and YouTube.

What is your pricing for photography and videography services?

Our pricing varies based on the project scope. Please contact us for more information.

How far in advance should I book a session?

To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for larger projects.

Can I request specific edits or revisions?

Yes! Each project includes one round of revisions to ensure you’re happy with the final product. Additional edits may be subject to an extra fee.

What equipment do you use?

We shoot with a Sony a7RV for top-tier image quality and use professional lighting, stabilizers, and audio gear to deliver polished content.

What is your turnaround time for photos and videos?

Photos: 3-7 days
‍Reels & short-form videos: 3-5 days
‍YouTube videos & larger edits: 7-14 days
Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

Do you offer social media content management?

While we focus on content creation, we have experience managing social media accounts and strategy and can provide guidance on best practices for engagement.

Do you travel for shoots?

Yes! We primarily serve Ontario but are available for travel-based projects. Additional fees may apply for locations outside our usual service area.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund. Deposits may be non-refundable for last-minute cancellations.
